In the previous article How to Purposefully Direct the Life Force Part 1, I had provided a basic description of the life force that pervades all things and described the basics of the simple plant alchemy experiment to be carried out to demonstrate the influence of this force on living things. In addition, I had outlined the items required to carry out the experiment as well as my findings within the first four days of the experiment.
At this point it is useful to reiterate the key points from the preceding article:
-There is a life force that pervades all things.
-This life force is the permeating energy that animates all manifested life.
-You may further express and accelerate the growth of manifested life through purposefully channeling your own individual consciousness.
-The effects of focused consciousness may be demonstrated by means of a basic, inexpensive alchemical plant experiment.
The alchemical plant experiment described within this series of articles is comprised of two plants – Abundance and a second plant. Both plants were subjected to the same material support (sunlight, water, etc.). However, there were subjective, subtle exposures to the two plants – the first plant, Abundance, was subjected to focused sessions of positivity, classical music and verbal reinforcement. The other plant was shown indifference and was pretty much ignored with exception to basic material support. The details of the first four days of this experiment may be found in the first article of this series, How to Purposefully Direct the Life Force Part 1.
This article will continue describing my observations of this experiment by outlining days five and six of the experiment. I will also convey some resources and techniques that you will undoubtedly find useful in your own spiritual work, especially when dealing with plants.
Plant Experiment Day 5
On the morning of Day 5 I began to observe green stems and roots emerge from the seedlings of both plants. However, the stems from Abundance appeared more abundant, stronger and consistent whereas the other plant had a weaker, more sporadic, overall desolate appearance. In a very real sense, Abundance began manifesting into his namesake.
I did not need to water either plant on the morning of Day 5. The following set of images show a top view comparison of both plants. The plant on the left is Abundance and the image on the right is the other plant.
And the following is a side view comparison of the two plants. The plant on the left is Abundance and the image on the right is the other plant.
Throughout this process I had been sharing my progress and photos with a private Facebook group of which I am a part, called the Alchemy Research Lodge. The founder of this group, Rares Mardare, who is an experienced student and practitioner of oriental alchemy, suggested that I use elemental magic to further accelerate the growth of Abundance. Rares recommended the following process:
-Place the PRITHVI symbol (solid green square) on Abundance.
-While focusing attention on Abundance, chant the mantra “OM LAM PRITHVI-DATU NAMAHA” nine times then state a positive affirmation.
-While chanting, form the PRITHVI Mudra by connecting the thumb and ring finger of the right hand. The right hand should form the mudra, the left hand should be holding a mala.
-While performing this process take a deep breath and visualize green energy entering your Sahasrara (crown chakra), upon exhaling channel the green energy into Abundance through the PRITHVI symbol.
-Chant “OM LAM PRITHVI-DATU NAMAHA” nine more time and then state the positive affirmation.
-Every nine instances of “OM LAM PRITHVI-DATU NAMAHA” stop and recite the positive affirmation. The mantra must be chanted for a total of 108 times. Repeat this process until “OM LAM PRITHVI-DATU NAMAHA” is chanted 108 times.
Concerning the chanted mantra “OM LAM PRITHVI-DATU NAMAHA”, the meaning may be deconstructed as follows:
-OM is the Sacred Word.
-LAM is the mantra of the first chakra: Mooladhara and it corresponds with the Earth element.
-LAM activates the root energy and can be a good vehicle to carry the earth energy, like a sonic vehicle. OM prepares the vibratory way for it to enter and the other words are to address the earth elemental in the proper way.
-OM (Sacred Word) + LAM (sonic vehicle) + Prithvi (earth element in sanskrit), DATU (element) + NAMAHA (I praise you).
By performing this technique you are taking earth energy within yourself and physically manifesting it and transferring this energy to the plant. The green energy visualization through the crown chakra empowers this and prevents mistakes from occurring during the energy transfer.
Upon learning this technique I did a little research on mudras that you may also find beneficial. According to Esoteric Energies a mudra is the following:
“Mudras are positions of the body that have some kind of influence on the energies of the body, or your mood. Mostly the hands and fingers are held in some position, but the whole body may be part of the mudra as well.”
In the technique outlined on Day 5 I used a hand mudra. The International Day of Yoga website provides the following description of a mudra:
“The physical body is made up of five elements namely, Air, Water, Fire, Earth and Sky. A mudra is a gesture or positioning of the hands intended to direct energy flow and to connect parts of the body to the brain as life force energy flows through the body. Certain yoga mudras are believed to instigate particular energy flows and stimulate different emotions, spiritual reactions and reactions to the body. By pressing together, curling, touching or pointing different fingers or parts of the hands in different ways, you can stimulate reflexes from the hand to the brain.”
The following is collection of mudras. The PRITHVI mudra used within this experiment is shown within the second row and first image.
Also, it is important to note that when the mantra is chanted, the number 108 is not random but possesses special significance as explained by Rares Mardare:
“It has a deep correlation with the kundalini shakti and the way the pranayama yogis calculated the accumulation of power in 108 breaths. 3 x 3 the shakti kundalini is coiled in the osum sacrum at the based of the spine. It bears with it the power of manifestation. All types of yogas agree that the number 108 has a powerful effect also, as a repetition upon matter. It can be divided by 3 and by 9, both important numbers also. The Kundalini shakti has more layers of power than the normal, ordinary human mind can grasp. These layers of power are activated by vines of energy, it is said that in a complete divine person all the vines of energy from the kundalini shakti are awakened 21 at the power 108. So the number 108 has indeed, many subtle spiritual correlations.”
The following image is of Abundance, the green square signifying the Earth Elemental PRITHVI and the mala used for counting of the mantras. The image on the right is of Abundance with the Earth Element symbol affixed.
It is important to note that you may also use an image of an inverted triangle with a horizontal line through the triangle in place of the green square. Both symbols will have the same effect, the green square is indicative of eastern alchemy, whereas the inverted triangle with a horizontal line as pictured below is associated with western alchemy. It is simply a matter of preference.
I added the Earth Elemental technique as part of my regular sessions with Abundance beginning on the evening of Day 5.
On the evening of Day 5, I continued with the processes and visualizations that are outlined within the events of the preceding evenings. In addition, I added the Earth Element Magic Ritual that was previously described. This extended my overall positivity/meditation/visualization session from fifteen to thirty minutes. In addition, Rares Mardare performed a 30 minute session of runic fire magic. This appeared to have a near instantaneous result on the growth of Abundance as I had checked the progress immediately upon receiving his notification of completing the ritual and the wheat grass stalks had grown noticeably taller.
Plant Experiment Day 6
On the morning of Day 6 both pants were showing green stalks and visible signs of growth. However, Abundance appeared to be growing higher and fuller when compared to the other plant.
There were a couple of new variables which may have begun impacting the experiment during the past day. First, the weather was becoming colder and despite the inside environment being heated to an ambient temperature, there was an underlying coldness, which may have impacted the experiment. The low temperature during the preceding evening was six degrees Fahrenheit. Using a glass container also seemed to conduct the cold temperature to a greater extent as when I would pick up Abundance the glass was very cold to the touch until the heat transferred from my hands would eventually warm the glass container.
Second, I had moved Abundance to another part of the house to prevent my pet cat from possibly eating from Abundance and impacting the experiment. The other plant had not reached sufficient growth to be of concern. This was not a concern during previous days as the wheat grass was not of sufficient growth to warrant this attention. However, by moving Abundance I may have impacted his growth as the stalks now appeared bent due to growing in a different direction. On the morning of Day 6 I had since moved Abundance back to the original location. Ideally this experiment would have been conducted in my private sanctum/laboratory but it is located in an unheated room and therefore would not be conducive to carrying out this experiment. I do not believe this is a significant issue, but thought it worth mentioning for completeness.
Neither plant required water on the morning of Day 6.
The following is a top view comparison of Abundance and the other plant as recorded on the morning of Day 6:
The next image is a side view comparison of Abundance and the other plant as recorded on the morning of Day 6:
The final images are direct comparison photos of the two plants from various angles.
On the evening of Day 6 I had performed the previous concentration/meditations/visualizations as described within the individual summaries of Days 1 – 5 and the Earth Elemental Ritual from Day 5 on Abundance. I changed the classical music selection from the Pandora Classical music station to music from composer Arvo Part as recommended by Alchemy Research Lodge group member Laura Hamons. I had used Arvo Part: Best of – 80 Years of a Sublime Musician. Laura had recommended Arvo Part due to Part having developing a musical device called tintinnabuli that is said to create euphoria inducing harmonies which would be beneficial for the growth of Abundance.
Conclusion
In summary, the following key points should be remembered from this article:
-There is a life force that pervades all things.
-This life force is the permeating energy animates all manifested life.
-You may further express and accelerate the growth of manifested life through purposefully channeling your own individual consciousness.
-The effects of focused consciousness may be demonstrated by means of a basic, inexpensive alchemical plant experiment.
-The growth of a plant may be further accelerated by invoking the earth elemental PRITHVI and creating conditions that are conducive to this invocation.
-The symbol of the Earth Elemental PRITHVI is a green square (eastern alchemy tradition) or an inverted triangle intersected by a horizontal line (western alchemy tradition).
-The mantra “OM LAM PRITHVI-DATU NAMAHA” is used to PRITHVI and should be chanted 108 times while forming the PRITHVI mudra.
-To further optimize the growth of a plant earth energy may be transferred within oneself to the plant through the PRITHVI symbol by means of a visualization process.
-Composer Arvo Part developed a musical technique called tintinnabuli that is said to create euphoria inducing harmonies that are beneficial for the growth of plants.
Within the next article I will provide my observations from the final day of the experiment and discuss the overall lessons learned from this experiment!
